Skills
Skills are broken down into three categories. 1. Class Skills. 2. Player Skills. 3. Weapon Arts.
Class Skills are unlocked naturally through promotions, varying based on the class.
Weapons have slots based on the type of weapon in question, and this slots can be filled with arts. Weapon Arts are purchased with Silver. All slots are available upon purchase/pick up.
Player Skills slots are unlocked every 200 posts, capping at 5 per each character. They are up to player choice, but the 5th skill can be created by the player. First 4 are chosen from a list. These skills will be purchased with Gold.
Due to limitations, members must notify a mod when they wish to purchase a Weapon Art. A mod will remove 500 Silver from your profile, and then you are free to add the art to your signature.
Weapon Arts
ALL Arts on this list can be purchased with 500 Silver. All weapon arts drain vitality, and as such, each skill can only be used once every three posts. Only one skill can be used per post.
General Weapon Arts
Skills in this category can be applied to any weapon type.
Tiger Flurry – Next three attacks deal slightly increased damage.
Armor Crusher – Next strike deals bonus damage to Armored enemies.
Horse Slayer – Next strike deals bonus damage to Mounted enemies.
Windswept – Strike stuns opponents, leaving them unable to deliver counterattacks. Weapon Skills and White Magic can still be used by the opponent.
Chariot – Next strike forces opponent backwards, as if struck or carried back by a chariot.
Pavise – Halves physical melee damage until next post round.
Aegis – Halves ranged damage until next post round.
Melee Exclusive Weapon Arts
Wing Cutter – Next two strikes deal bonus damage to Flying enemies.
Element Charge – Imbued with elemental magic of player choice, allows for low level ranged attack from weapon. Weapon is also permanently charged with magic, allowing for slight increased damage at all times.
Lunge – Swiftly crosses a far distance and strikes.
Twin Lions – Charged with energy, next two attacks are consecutive and deal massively increased damage. Can be used every two posts.
Flamberge – Requires Element Charge. Next three strikes deal heavy magic damage but at close range only.
Bow Exclusive Weapon Skills
Trapping Arrows – A barrage of arrows is fired from the opponent, making terrain difficult to traverse while dealing damage to those struck.
Hunter Volley – Charged with energy, next two attacks are consecutive and deal massive damage. Can be used every two posts.
Sealing Arrows – Next strike seals the magic of the one struck for one post.
Mistwalker – Swiftly fire an arrow and create distance between user and enemy.
Fated Arrow – Fires a mighty arrow that can strike at nearly impossible ranges.
